The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of retired Sergeant Ignacio R. (Chino) Sanchez #366 who passed away on January 18, 2018 at the age of 87.   (Ret.) Sgt. Sanchez served the El Paso community as a peace officer for 20+ years.  He was commissioned by the El Paso Police Department in February of 1960 and retired on April 4, 1980.
